New owners are much nicer but the food flavor has changed a lot. Food is different from the original owners and the sesame chicken is now white meat and tastes a lot more dry than the dark meat the previous owners used. They should have a choice between white and dark meat chickens dishes. Also, the wonton soup doesn't taste half as good as it used to.
Friendly atmosphere with a clean kitchen and above average Chinese food at low prices.

Very good Chinese food, especially considering it's a take out restaurant. Under the new ownership, the quality improved dramatically.
They have some new dishes and removed some old ones. All-in-all, I prefer the taste of the previous owners/chef's food but this place is still pretty good quality.
On a side note: Their new cheese wontons are to die for!
