Love my hiking shoes (Merrells)
Decent selection compared to other DSW stores however the lines to check out (no matter what time of day) are always VERY long. They need to fix their staff ratios or get more people to the register when the line is long. Each check out is a long experience b/c they check both shoes are the same size, help people with opening DSW accounts or looking up existing accounts and most people buy numerous pairs of shoes... fix staffing and it would be a much more pleasant experience.
looking for a higher end dress shoe but the selection wasn't as good as Carle Place, was messier too.
Good selection and the manager was pleasant while giving me a price adjustment on my shoes. Syosset DSW is a shoe in!
